Biometric Safety: FaceID and Legal Rights

Biometric locks are convenient, but they carry different legal protections than a numeric passcode in many parts of the world.
STEPS
1. SOS Lockdown: On most phones, pressing the power button five times or holding power and volume will enter SOS Mode. This disables biometrics and requires a passcode.
2. Require Attention: Ensure Require Attention for FaceID is on in your settings so someone cannot unlock your phone while you are asleep.
3. Passcode Safety: In many regions, police can force you to use your face to unlock a phone, but they cannot force you to give up a passcode.
