Take five minutes every Sunday to review your digital life.
THE CHECKLIST
1. The Notification Purge: Look at your 'Screen Time' report. Which app sent you the most notifications? If it wasn't a person, turn the notifications OFF.
2. The App Graveyard: Delete any app you haven't opened in the last 30 days. These are just 'data leeches' sitting on your phone.
3. The Connection Test: Did you have at least one meaningful conversation this week that didn't happen through a screen?
4. The Sleep Audit: Where is your phone when you sleep? If it is next to your head, move it to the other side of the room tonight.
